Rhythmic Movement Training, RMT, is a method developed by a Swedish psychiatrist, Dr Harald BLOMBERG.
It consists of making movements that babies do naturally and which facilitate the development of the nervous system and the brain, in order to acquire the postural reflexes which make it possible to remain standing.
RMT makes it possible to incorporate these reflexes if they haven’t already been done so.
Short attention span, hyperactivity, Asperger’s syndrome, dyslexia, dyspraxia, anxiety, panic attacks and many other symptoms besides, are for Dr BLOMBERG, the consequences of the non acquisition and non incorporation of these refelexes.
RMT aims at reproducing these reflex movements in order to complete the development stages and allow the individual to adapt better to the world and so encourage the potential of every human being.
